It's great to introduce you the fabulous Fabian Rosenberg, known under the pseudonymous Klangriket and as a member of the indie pop trio Moni Kira. With his very own and unique style meanders the Swedish student of the Royal College of Music in Stockholm with his music through different musical projects and a variety of soundscapes.
From jazzy trumpet interludes to soft and evocative piano impromptus to those enchanting, mellow guitar melodies that are shimmering through the noises of a street scenery like in the featured piece "Malificent". That composition gets its whole wonderful gentle manner from its little nuances like the heavenly high-pitched vocal lines. Simple, but such brilliant dreamy sound painting.
In the last months Fabian collaborated also with the Amsterdam-based composer and pianist Sjors Mans on the track Hamer & Beitel, a minimal ambient piece with a jazzy juxtaposition of a guitar and trumpet improvisation. Furthermore, the composed several other atmospheric pieces like "Sarem" or "Ronda", which unfold with their dense and eclectic instrumentation stunning soundscapes.
Currently he works with the composers Dominique Charpentier, Sjor Mans, Harrison Mountan and Joakim Alfven on a new collaboration project called "Sketches" and they release this year in November their first album. Harrison, who is the head behind this new modern classical group describe it as follows: "There is nothing quite like sitting down at the piano and playling. Just playing."
